For a limited time we are offering free / flat rate Canadian shipping. Orders over $200 before tax, qualify for free shipping and those orders under $200 have a new reduced flat rate of just $10. We know that right now many of you would like to reduce your time out and about in the community and this is one of the ways we can help with that.
International shipping amounts are calculated via Canada Post. Our website connects to the Canada Post application program interface (API) using the dimensions and weight of each piece, along with your postal/zip code to fetch the shipping amount charged at checkout.
We make all of our bedding ourselves by hand, so please allow around 2-3 weeks for us to prepare your order for shipping. Once your order is completed, we will ship your items via Canada Post and provide a tracking number, or if you opted for in-store pickup, we will email you to let you know when your order is ready – please wait to hear from us before making a trip to the store. To track a package at anytime, visit your account page and view the order. At the top of the next screen you will see a link to click in order to track your shipment.

Due to the situation with COVID-19, we will be waiving our usual two week exchange period policy . All items must be unused and unwashed and accompanied by the original receipt.
Please note that any custom items (i.e. reversible duvet covers or custom sizing) are a final sale.

Unfortunately bed cannot cover any shipping expenses resulting from product exchanges.
If you’re unsure about a product colour (all screens display colour differently) please order a swatch before making your purchase. Keep in mind that dye lots vary over time (as do the colour of swatches) so use these as general guidelines only. The colour you receive may not be exactly as displayed on screen or match the swatch perfectly because dye lots vary. Variance is the nature of handmade hand dyed products.
Of course in the unlikely event of defective merchandise bed will repair or replace the merchandise at our discretion and cover the shipping costs.
If you are shipping anything back to us, please contact us to let us know in advance so that we can keep an eye out for the package.

If you have to return goods to us please send them in the mail, not by courier and clearly mark the package “CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING”. This saves you from having to cover any unnecessary duplication of taxes and duties and brokerage fees that get charged to us when the package enters Canada.
